As part of the spirit-week preparations for our annual Thanksgiving Day football game against lousy Kirkwood, MO (the oldest high-school football rivalry west of the Mississippi), students at the far-superior Webster Groves High School build a bonfire. This year, I supervised six cool students as they designed and built the beauty you see here. It lasted another ten minutes after my camera gave up.
I don't want to tell you who won the game, nor what the score was this year.
